Geotechnical Engineer – Join Our Growing Team

We’re seeking a motivated Geotechnical Engineer to join our team and play an active role in engineering and consulting projects across residential, commercial, transportation, and infrastructure sectors.

• Work with a multidisciplinary team alongside senior engineers and project managers to support project development and execution.
• Help develop project scopes, cost estimates, and proposals.
• Perform geotechnical field work — including site reconnaissance, soil sampling, boring logs, construction observation, and material testing.
• Conduct lab testing, engineering analysis, and prepare recommendations.
• Draft technical reports, plans, and specifications.
• Represent the firm at client meetings when needed.
• Support project management: monitor scope, schedule, budget, and maintain quality control.
• Follow safety procedures, participate in pre-task planning, and report safety concerns.

• Bachelor’s degree in Geological, Civil, or related Engineering field
• EIT (Engineer-in-Training) / EI (Engineering Intern) certification preferred — but open to all experience levels, including licensed Professional Engineers (PE)
• Strong problem-solving, multitasking, and time management skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
