• Develop and document standardized test methods and processes to ensure repeatability and productivity; lead development of test procedures.
• Apply lessons learned to improve test procedures.
• Design calibration systems and test fixtures.
• Develop data‑processing tools and algorithms.
• Generate calibration procedures and software.
• Guide others in designing test hardware, software, and systems to achieve test requirements.
• Oversee debriefing of the test team.
• Lead analysis, processing, and formatting of data to customer requirements.
• Approve test data prior to delivery to customer.
• Formulate expectations for test data based on historical data.
• Perform functions as required to ensure calibration system readiness and data validity.
• Train others.
• Work under minimal direction.

• Bachelor of Science in Engineering, Engineering Technology, Computer Science, Data Science, Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry, or non‑US equivalent directly related to the work.
• 5+ years of experience in an engineering role.
• Ability to accurately differentiate between Red/Orange/Yellow/Green/Blue safety display colors for real‑time flight test missions.

• 2+ years of experience with Flight Termination Systems.
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Electrical, Mechanical, or Aerospace Engineering.
• 1+ year experience designing special test equipment for flight programs and supporting proposals.
• 1+ year experience with precision test and measurement devices.
• 3+ years of experience with Earned Value Management (EVM) or similar.
• 5+ years of experience with flight test, flight operations, or system test.
• 5+ years of experience in lab test, flight test, or a similar test environment.

Summary Pay Range (Level
4): $126,650 – $171,350
