Mid-Level Integrated Program Scheduling Specialist

We are seeking a Mid-Level Integrated Program Scheduling Specialist to join Boeing Defense, Space and Security (BDS). This role is located in Saint Charles, MO and requires strong communication, organizational and cross‑functional collaboration skills.

• Develop, coordinate, integrate, analyze, and maintain an integrated plan and schedule to meet program and project requirements.
• Perform studies, trend analysis, risk assessments, and constraint analyses for product development and production.
• Create and update schedule reports, metrics, and change activity throughout the program lifecycle.
• Improve project management processes, business systems, and implement best practices.
• Direct all phases of major projects or sub‑systems from inception to completion.
• Serve as primary project contact to establish stakeholder requirements and objectives.
• Assist customers in developing performance recovery plans and ensure project control systems support stakeholders.

• 3+ years of experience in program planning, project management, integrated scheduling, industrial engineering, or related disciplines.
• 3+ years of experience partnering with cross‑functional teams on projects and initiatives.
• 3+ years of experience using Integrated Scheduling tools such as Microsoft Project, Primavera, or similar.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.

• Bachelor’s degree or higher.
• 5+ years of experience in program planning, project management, integrated scheduling, industrial engineering, or related disciplines.
• 5+ years of experience using Integrated Scheduling tools such as Microsoft Project, Primavera, or similar.

May require occasional travel. Shift: 1st Shift.

100% onsite at Saint Charles, MO. Relocation assistance is not a negotiable benefit. Candidates must live in the immediate area or relocate at their own expense.

Position must meet U.S. Person export control compliance requirements per 22 C.F.R. 120.15.
