Job DescriptionWe are seeking a motivated, talented Systems Engineer to join our Systems Engineering team located in Saint Charles, Missouri
. Due to expanding business, we are looking for Engineers-of-Systems who can solve problems and lead solutions across multiple Engineering disciplines. This is an excellent opportunity to work on and around the latest high tech weapon systems.
- Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering, Engineering Technology, Computer Science, Data Science, Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry or non-US equivalent qualifications directly related to the work statement.
- Level 3:
Typically 5 or more years’ related work experience or an equivalent combination of technical education and experience or non-US equivalent qualifications. - Level 4:
Typically 9 or more years’ related work experience or an equivalent combination of technical education and experience or non-US equivalent qualifications. - Level 5:
Typically 14 or more years’ related work experience or an equivalent combination of technical education and experience or non-US equivalent qualifications.
- Active DoD Security Clearance
- Experience in applying engineering processes and principles
- Experience/domain knowledge of system architecture, requirements, interface definition, verification, and validation
- Experience with systems development and integration
- Experience modeling or simulating systems
- Experience with implementation and maintenance of systems engineering tools, schedules and metrics (i.e. Earned value management, DOORs, CAMEO)
- Experience with Model Based Engineering / Model Based Systems Engineering
- Experience in design/electrical/software engineering & analysis
- Experience in Industrial Engineering or Production Engineering
- Experience leading teams, projects or tasks
This position is expected to be 100% onsite at Saint Charles, Missouri
. The candidate must obtain a U.S. Security Clearance; U.S. citizenship required. An interim and/or final U.S. Secret Clearance Post-Start is required.
The total rewards package includes competitive base pay and variable compensation opportunities. Pay is based upon candidate experience and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations.
