Location:

Saint Charles, Missouri – a thriving city along the Missouri River, just outside St. Louis.

• Develop and maintain Energetics Systems in support of missile programs.
• Work with suppliers to ensure delivery of quality products on schedule.
• Support the development, maintenance or modification of system, component and installation designs or proposals to provide design documentation to downstream groups.
• Verify systems and components meet requirements and specifications.
• Contribute to supplier development, test and production activities and direct the supplier to optimize integration and achieve program goals.
• Support system components’ designs or proposals standards to provide installation and detail documentation.
• Train others.

This position is expected to be 100 % onsite.

This position requires the ability to obtain a U.S. Security Clearance for which the U.S. Government requires U.S. Citizenship. An interim and/or final U.S. Secret Clearance Post-Start is required.

• Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering, Engineering Technology (including Manufacturing Technology), Computer Science, Data Science, Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry or non‑US equivalent qualifications directly related to the work statement.
• Lead, Level 5:
  Typically 14 or more years’ related work experience in an engineering role or an equivalent combination of technical education and experience or non‑US equivalent qualifications.
• Senior, Level 6:
  Typically 20 or more years’ related work experience in an engineering role or an equivalent combination of technical education and experience or non‑US equivalent qualifications.

• Experience working energetics.
• Experience working with energetics suppliers.

Lead, Level 5 Pay Summary range: $136,850 – $185,150
Senior, Level 6 Pay Summary range: $166,600 – $225,400
