** Job Description
** AFB International is looking for a Senior Financial Analyst to join our Global FP&A team. This high-impact, highly visible role offers competitive pay, great benefits, and direct exposure to senior leadership, with the opportunity to influence financial decisions across a global  this role, you will partner closely with the Director, Global FP&A, senior leaders, and cross-functional teams across regions to improve forecast accuracy, deliver meaningful insights, and drive profitable growth.

** What You’ll Do
**** Global Planning & Forecasting
*** Support the annual operating plan, long-range strategic plan, and rolling forecasts across multiple global regions.
* Partner with business and finance leaders to improve forecast accuracy, financial transparency, and decision-making.
** Financial Performance & Analysis
*** Provide deep analysis of P&L, Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow performance.
* Identify trends, risks, and opportunities to support informed, data-driven business decisions.
** Strategic Business Partnership
*** Develop executive-level reports and presentations that translate complex financial data into clear, actionable recommendations.
* Collaborate cross-functionally on initiatives including headcount planning, pricing strategies, cost optimization, and global growth projects.
** Continuous Improvement
*** Recommend and implement enhancements to FP&A tools, models, and reporting processes to improve efficiency, scalability, and insight.
** Special Projects
*** Support scenario modeling, profitability analysis, M&A activity, and ad hoc leadership requests.
** What You Bring
**** Education & Experience
*** Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field (MBA or CPA preferred).
* 5+ years of experience in FP&A or financial analysis (global and/or manufacturing experience a plus).
** Technical Expertise
*** Advanced Excel and financial modeling capabilities.
* Experience with ERP systems (SAP, IFS, or similar) and consolidation tools such as Vena, One Stream, or Hyperion.
* Strong understanding of U.S. GAAP and financial reporting principles.
* Proven ability to analyze and interpret P&L, Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow statements.
