Personal Banker

Location:On-site | St. Charles, MO
Schedule:Monday–Friday, 8 AM–5 PM
Starting Pay
: $18/hr,with market and experience-based adjustments

• $500 sign-on bonus!

Banking experience is a plus, but a positive attitude, reliability, professionalism, and a willingness to learn are what really make someone successful here.

• Open and service personal and business deposit accounts
• Support teller transactions and account maintenance
• Assist customers with online & mobile banking tools
• Recommend banking products based on customer needs
• Maintain accuracy, compliance, and professional service
• Support branch goals through teamwork and relationship building

• High school diploma (some college a plus)
• Customer service, banking, or cash-handling experience preferred
• Strong communication, accuracy, and organization skills
• Friendly, solution-oriented mindset and reliability
• Comfortable using computers and digital tools
• Prior banking preferred
