Base pay range: $86,715.20/yr - $99,860.80/yr.
LocationSaint Charles - New Town Boulevard (also works in Arnold office). Full‑time, Monday-Friday.
DescriptionWe’re seeking a licensed psychologist to lead high‑quality psychological assessments that inform care and support long‑term wellness. Conduct integrated evaluations using norm‑referenced testing and clinical interviews, translate findings into actionable, strength‑based recommendations for treatment and educational planning.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct psychological evaluations including testing, interpretation, and feedback.
- Prepare clear, strength‑based reports with evidence‑based recommendations.
- Coordinate with interdisciplinary treatment teams to inform care planning.
- Complete required documentation (including prior authorizations) accurately and on time.
- Maintain productivity expectations while upholding clinical quality standards.
- Supervise psychology interns or residents as needed.
- Participate in staff meetings, training, and performance improvement efforts.
- Stay current with best practices and ethical guidelines in psychological assessment.
- Doctorate degree in psychology required.
- At least two (2) years’ experience preferred.
- Experience in child/adolescent evaluations preferred.
LP or PLP (Licensed Psychologist) required.
