DSP IDD Clients

DSP - Direct Support Professional in Client Home (No Experience Required. Paid Training Provided)

$21 per Hour

Full and Part-Time shifts available in St. Louis and St. Charles.

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• At least 18 years of age
• Driver’s License, car insurance, and a reliable vehicle (mileage reimbursement provided)
• Ability to pass all required background checks and classes

• Support each individual so that they feel a sense of self‑determination, security, and have the opportunity to have meaningful relationships within their community.
• Assist clients with daily life activities including personal care, bathing, household chores, shopping, and recreational/social activities.
• Provide companionship and emotional support.
• Complete all required documentation: medication records, observation notes, progress toward client goals and outcomes, and financial transactions.
• Clients in the ISL program receive support 24/7 in their homes.
• Shift times and hours vary by home; DSPs are expected to work some weekend shifts.
