ABA Practicum Student – BCBA Track

Join Autism & Behavioral Spectrum as an ABA Practicum Student in the BCBA track. This is an internship‑level practicum that offers paid hours, daily supervision, and a supportive, collaborative environment with BCBAs, RBTs, SLPs and administration.

• Deliver Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services to children ages 1‑6 using the Reggio
  
  ABA™ Therapy Through Play model.
• Maintain accurate data, implement behavior intervention plans, and provide progress reports.
• Participate in daily supervision and weekly training sessions; work closely with a supervising BCBA on challenging topics.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members, including SLPs and school staff, to support overall child development.
• Adhere to BACB code of ethics, agency protocols, and confidentiality requirements.
• Engage families, provide parent training, and contribute to family‑centered care.

• Currently enrolled in or have completed a master’s or doctoral program in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, or Education.
• Prepared to meet BACB coursework requirements (5th/6th Edition Task List) under supervision.
• Age 18 +, high school diploma or GED equivalent, and able to pass a background check.
• Physically able to lift and move children up to 45 lb and support children with challenging behaviors.
• Strong communication, teamwork, and time‑management skills, with a growth mindset.
• Reliable transportation to one of the clinic locations (Ballwin, St. Peters, Florissant, Mehlville, Wright City).
• Must not have immediate family members receiving therapy at the clinic.

• Paid restricted and unrestricted hours.
• Daily supervision and specialized training from experienced BCBAs.
• Smaller caseloads to allow focused client interactions.
• Tuition reimbursement for ABA graduate programs.

18 – 24 USD per hour (St. Louis, Missouri & Saint Charles, Missouri).
