We are looking for someone (like you):

• Be an “Advocate of Empathy.” Create human connection with residents during their most vulnerable moments.
• Be a Patient Observer. Discover residents’ interests, abilities, and what makes each resident who they are. Collaborate to create appropriate engagement plans and implement strategies with patience to ensure success.
• Be a Master of the Mise en Scène. Set the stage for a successful day: preparing dining rooms, libraries, and resident rooms for routines.
• Be a Life Partner. Partner with residents to achieve all facets of daily life from the moment they wake to the moment they go to sleep.
• Document resident care and changes in condition accurately and timely.
• Assist with orientation of team members assigned to memory care neighborhoods.

What we are looking for:

• At least eighteen (18) years of age.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Read, write, understand, and communicate in English with residents.
• Positive and energetic attitude who loves our residents.
• Computer skills to print documents and enter resident information.
• Active standing, walking, bending, kneeling, and stooping all day.
• Ability to lift and/or move items up to 50 pounds.
• Assist residents with sitting, standing, walking, and post-fall assistance.
• Criminally cleared.
