Boyd Gaming - : [Busser / Porter / Cleaner] As a Kitchen Steward at Boyd Gaming, you'll:
Place clean dishes, utensils, and cooking equipment in storage areas;
Sort and remove trash, placing it in designated pick up/receptacle areas;
Clean garbage cans with water or steam;
Clean, mop and sweep entire kitchen area;
Maintain daily cleanliness and maintenance of dish machine;
Observe and adhere to Health Department regulations regarding food handling, storage, proper steam table temperature, and cleanliness of work environment.
