Location: St. Charles
Oak View Group - St. Charles Convention Center [Kitchen Manager / Catering Supervisor] As a Banquet Captain at Oak View Group, you'll:
Coordinate and oversee entire banquet function to ensure proper execution and ensure guest satisfaction;
Review assigned banquet staff functions, banquet menus prior to the scheduled event;
Conduct pre-banquet meetings with staff;
Ensure that appropriate quantities of china, glassware, silverware, linens, and other items are available for upcoming events;
Regularly review banquet schedule for changes, calendar of events, and special events.
