Key Responsibilities of the Recruiter- Manage full-cycle recruiting for high-volume hourly and production-related positions
- Source and attract candidates through job boards, referrals, community outreach, and grassroots recruiting initiatives
- Screen applicants, coordinate interviews, and guide candidates through the hiring process
- Ensure timely candidate follow-up and maintain a strong sense of urgency throughout the recruitment cycle
- Facilitate onboarding requirements and assist with offer administration
- Partner with hiring managers and internal teams to meet hiring goals and workforce demands
- 1+ year of recruiting experience
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple requisitions simultaneously
- Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities
- Proven ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
- Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS)
- Manufacturing, production, warehouse, or industrial recruiting experience is highly preferred
- Bilingual Spanish skills are a plus but not required
- A recruiter who moves quickly and understands the importance of speed-to-contact
