Overview
Founded in 1986, St. Charles Community College (SCC) is one of the best two‑year colleges in Missouri. The college’s main campus in Cottleville, the Dardenne Creek Campus, and the upcoming Innovation West Campus in Wentzville serve a six‑county region with a population exceeding 540,000. We invite qualified candidates to apply for part‑time pooled faculty positions to teach Information Technology courses during the 2025‑2026 semester. Positions are semester‑by‑semester, based on need.
ResponsibilitiesTeach and coordinate Information Technology courses, including, but not limited to, Windows and Linux system administration, Cisco routing and switching, VMware virtualization, and cybersecurity. Prepare lesson plans, deliver instruction, assess student performance, and maintain a positive learning environment.
Minimum Qualifications- Experience in IT, including system administration for Windows and/or Linux desktops and servers, Cisco routing and switching, VMware virtualization, or cybersecurity.
- Bachelor’s degree or higher, preferably in a related field.
- Prior teaching or training experience.
- Relevant IT certifications.
