As we continue to grow, we are looking for dedicated professionals to join our team and help us deliver exceptional service and innovative solutions. You willplay a vital role in supporting our mission and ensuring operational excellence. Key responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Brief Summary of Duties- Provide Tier 1 remote technical support to MSP clients.
- Receive and log client technical support requests via phone, email, or ticketing system (Atera).
- Resolve basic hardware, software, and network issues remotely.
- Manage user accounts, install software and updates, and perform preventive maintenance.
- Escalate complex issues to higher tier.
- Adhere to established service level agreements (SLAs) and document all interactions within Atera.
- Other duties as assigned by department
- High school diploma or GED
- In depth knowledge of various operating systems (Windows 11, Windows 10, Windows 8, Windows 7, Apple OS) and network configurations.
- Working knowledge Microsoft office
- Ability to diagnose and resolve basic technical issues
- Applicant must be a self-starter, able to multi-task and be able to work quickly and efficiently
- Good communication skills for interacting with both technical and non-technical users.
- Must have a good working knowledge of IT equipment
- Previous employment in computer related job
- At least 6+ months of service technician experience assisting customers.
- A+ certification or IT type degree
- Active Directory Management
- Data Backup and recovery
- Proficient in communicating verbally to deliver repair diagnoses over the phone
- Be able to communicate in a professional manner both orally and in writing
- Ability to productively work as an individual and as part of a team
- Able to multi-task and be able to prioritize workflow without an overabundance of guidance
- Must be able to work one on one with customers
