Responsibilities
- Create content for Facebook, Linked In, Instagram, Tik Tok
- Write captions, hooks, scripts, and engagement prompts
- Design graphics and carousels (Canva or Adobe)
- Build and manage monthly social calendars
- Engage with audiences and drive real conversation
- Track social metrics and report insights
- Support marketing campaigns across multiple client brands
- Manage content production workflows
- 3 to 5+ years in combined social media and SEO
- Portfolio of content you’ve created (SEO pages, posts, graphics, reels, etc.)
- Demonstrable results in growing organic traffic and social engagement
- Familiarity with GA4, Search Console, and SEO tools
- Experience in a multi-brand or agency setting preferred
- Health care or home care experience is a plus (not required)
- Strong writing skills (SEO + social)
- Comfort working directly with leadership
- Healthcare or home care experience is a plus
- Flexible work arrangements
