Regional Manager – ITG Communications, LLC
The Regional Manager leads operations for an assigned region, typically multiple profit centers, within the organization. Acts as a liaison between the client and the company. Leads and directs local leaders regarding expansion, and improvement of broadband services throughout the area. The Regional Manager sets objectives and ensures financial profitability within a region.
Responsibilities- Represents the company with the client, with the goal to expand the company’s footprint
Education and Experience:
- Typically requires a bachelor's degree and 5 or more years of experience. Requires 3+ years of Telecommunications experience in leadership positions.
- Ability to stand, walk, sit
- Ability to use hands to handle or feet
- Ability to reach with hands and arms
- Ability to climb and balance
- Ability to stoop, kneel, crouch and crawl
- Ability to lift up to 50lbs
- Ability to maintain all safety expectations
- Ability to drive covered vehicle
- Ability to develop and mentor others. Management skills. Teamwork / Leadership skills. Customer/client orientation. Ability to build collaborative relationships. Ability to meet deadlines. Strong computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word & Excel, Smartsheet. In-depth knowledge of business principles related to managing a fiber-to-the-premises business. Familiarity with budgeting, accounting, and fiscal management practices. Understanding of financial principles and the ability to evaluate fiscal information.
