Project Manager - Special Projects (Mechanical Construction)
Location: St. Louis Area (Local candidates preferred)
Compensation: Up to $110,000 base (depending on experience) + benefits
Position Type: Full-Time

Ideal Candidate Will Have:

• 5+ years of experience in HVAC service or mechanical project management
• Strong knowledge of HVAC and piping systems
• Familiarity with building products, materials, and construction timelines
• Ability to manage multiple small-to-midsize projects simultaneously
• Excellent coordination and communication skills
