The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing manufacturing equipment and facility systems critical to the production of commercial brewing equipment. This is a hands-on role that supports operational efficiency and equipment reliability in a dynamic production environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform preventative maintenance and repairs on production machinery, including welding systems, laser/turret machines, brake press machines, hydraulic equipment, and pneumatic tools.
  • Troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, and hydraulic systems.
  • Inspect equipment, identify worn or defective parts, and replace components as needed.
  • Support the installation and commissioning of new machinery.
  • Maintain accurate maintenance records and document repairs in the CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System).
  • Ensure compliance with OSHA and company safety standards at all times.
  • Assist in maintaining facility systems, including HVAC, plumbing, and lighting.
Requirements
  • Minimum of 2 years of maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment.
  • Technical certification or Associate degree in Industrial Maintenance or a related field preferred.
  • Familiarity with food-grade manufacturing equipment a plus.
  • Proficient in reading mechanical and electrical schematics.
  • Strong troubleshooting skills and ability to work independently.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks including climbing, bending, and standing for long periods.
  • PLC troubleshooting and basic programming knowledge a plus.
  • Welding and fabrication experience.
  • Familiarity with lockout/tagout procedures and industrial safety practices.
