Entry-Level Looking for a clean, safe, and team-oriented work environment? Advance Services, Inc. is hiring 1st Shift Packers in St. Charles, IL! This is a great opportunity to join a growing company, gain valuable manufacturing experience, and build a long-term career. As a Night Shift Packer, you will inspect, trim, and package finished products, assemble cartons, check products for defects and proper labeling, and monitor machines during production.
You will also assist with machine jams, complete basic production paperwork, and keep your work area clean and organized. No previous experience is required! Training is provided, making this a great opportunity for someone looking to get their foot in the door and grow with a company.
