Novolex in St. Charles, IL is seeking an Off Bearer to operate a zone of press machines, ensuring quality and efficiency while minimizing waste. You will troubleshoot, adjust equipment, and support production with reliable, safe practices.
The role requires prior manufacturing experience, strong problem-solving skills, and the ability to work a 3rd shift from 11:00pm to 7:00am, Monday through Friday. Compensation includes $20.53–$25.66 per hour plus shift differentials.
