2500 Sign On Bonus - Licensed Dosing Nurse

- Supply and administer medication pursuant to physician order; record dosage administered.
- Conduct daily sight and count inventory of medication supply.
- Maintain accuracy in daily accounting of medication supplied or administered.
- Collect fees and perform daily cash reconciliation.
- Ensure proper disposal of medical waste.
- Observe patient's demeanor prior to dosing.
- Verify dosages with other centers as needed.
- Administer lab tests (vital signs, TB tests) and collect data for review by the Medical Director or RN.
- Schedule and screen patients for the Medical Director.
- Assist the Medical Director in collecting data for history and physical examination.
- Maintain confidentiality of all patient medical paperwork.
- Participate in CARF and state audit processes.
- Interface with the public by answering phones, greeting visitors, and monitoring patient activities.
- Active LPN license in Missouri or multi-state compact license.
- Understanding of opioid addiction, medical terminology, general nursing knowledge, and techniques.
- Basic mathematics skills, computer literacy with Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel, and typing skills.
- Minimum of 1-year direct patient contact; prior clinical experience helpful.
