Day, Evening, or Night (optional weekend option)
Pay: $28–$35 per hour, with an additional 20% for the first six months (based on experience)

• Provide compassionate care as part of an interdisciplinary team
• Ensure proper assessments, documentation, medication administration, and treatments
• Communicate openly with residents and their families
• Support team members in delivering high‑quality, person‑centered care

Qualifications

• Current Missouri LPN license
