Our starting wage for Wellness Nurse Managers is: $32.00–$35.00 per hour.

Shift Schedule
  • Week 1:
    Tuesday, Thursday, Friday
  • Week 2:
    Monday, Saturday, Sunday

Shift times: 7:00 PM–7:00 AM

We are looking for someone (like you):
  • To be a Superior Supervisor:
    In the absence of department heads, this position is in charge of the building. Attend to the Wellness team and other departments to ensure quick, reliable, person‑centered care is provided.
  • To be a Force on the Floor: A good leader sets a good example. Be available to help with call lights, assist the team, and demonstrate a sense of urgency that puts residents’ needs first.
  • To be a Diligent Documenter:
    Complete resident assessments, medical records, and internal documents accurately and efficiently, and file them correctly.
  • To be a Compassionate Caregiver:
    Exemplify Arrow’s core values, ensuring each interaction with a resident is professional, caring, and ends with the resident feeling safe and cared for.
What are we looking for?
  • Current Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) or Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing in the state of employment.
  • Direct (hands‑on) nursing care, including medication passes as needed.
  • Thorough working knowledge of current care standards and regulations.
  • Comprehensive working knowledge of current medication regulation and law.
  • Knowledge of the requirements for providing care and supervision appropriate to the residents.
  • Experience with hands‑on care of memory‑impaired residents is preferred but not required.
  • Experience with an Electronic Medical Record (EMR) is preferred but not required.
  • Ability to read, write, understand, and communicate in English with our Residents.
  • Positive, energetic attitude who loves our Residents.
  • Active physical capability: standing, walking, bending, kneeling, stooping all day.
  • Ability to frequently lift/move items up to 50 pounds and perform two‑person transfers.
  • Ability to assist residents with sitting, standing, walking, and after a fall.
  • Criminally cleared.
