YourRole and Responsibilities
As a Clinical Supervisor , you will:
- Plan, coordinate, implement, and evaluate patient care and operations in designated areas.
- Serve as a clinical resource for both staff and patients.
- Step into a staff nurse role when needed.
- Take on managerial responsibilities as delegated by the department manager.

QualificationsEducation:
- Graduate of an accredited nursing program.
Experience:
- Minimum of 2 years of direct patient care experience required.
Licensure:
- Must hold a current RN license in the hiring state or compact licensure, meeting all state board of nursing requirements.
Certifications:
- Basic Life Support (BLS) through the American Heart Association (or completion within 30 days of hire).
Preferred Qualifications:
- Previous supervisory experience.
- Bachelor’s degree in Nursing.
