Health and Wellness Director

Americare Senior Living seeks a Health and Wellness Director to lead resident care and wellness programs in our senior living community. You will oversee assessments, care plans, and wellness initiatives that promote safety, dignity, and quality of life. Responsibilities include supervising clinical and caregiving staff, ensuring regulatory compliance, coordinating with physicians and families, and driving quality improvement. • Lead development and implementation of resident health and wellness programs
• Oversee resident assessments and individualized care plans
• Supervise, schedule, and mentor clinical and caregiving staff
• Ensure compliance with state regulations and company policies
• Coordinate care with physicians, therapists, and external providers
• Engage residents and families through clear, compassionate communication
• Monitor quality metrics and drive continuous improvement initiatives
• Support staff training and professional development
• Promote a resident-centered culture of dignity, safety, and respect
• Participate in budgeting and resource planning for wellness services
• Care plan development
