As a Landscape and Hardscape Crew Leader, you will play a key role in overseeing project execution, leading a skilled crew, and ensuring that every job meets the company’s high standards for quality and customer satisfaction.

• Lead a crew of two or more team members on landscape and hardscape projects
• Interpret and execute landscape and hardscape design plans with attention to detail
• Coordinate with clients, operations team, and crew members to ensure clear communication and project alignment
• Ensure projects are completed efficiently, on schedule, and within budget
• Operate and maintain equipment such as skid steers, saws, laser levels, tillers, company trucks, and mini excavators
• Train crew members on safe and proficient use of equipment
• Uphold company policies, standards, and safety regulations on every job site

• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in hardscaping and/or landscaping, including crew leadership
• Proficient in reading and executing design plans
• Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
• Skilled in operating landscape and hardscape equipment
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Valid Class E driver’s license;
  Class A is a plus
