Job descriptionJOB SUMMARY:

As Sales Manager, you’ll lead a driven team of sales professionals, manage day-to-day sales operations, and play a key role in helping homeowners protect their most valuable asset. This role combines leadership, coaching, and strategy with high earnings potential and opportunities for long‑term growth.
Our team has grown and we are looking to expand with an additional Sales Manager on the team. The Sales Manager drives a strong sales culture and ensures the sales team consistently delivers new business through contingencies, retail sales, and contracts—achieving both customer satisfaction and the company’s gross and net profit goals.
Compensation is made of a base salary, individual performance‑based commissions, and bonus opportunities for team performance. The combination of those three components results in an expected On Target Earnings of $90,000-$150,000. We also offer training, advancement opportunities, and a supportive, high‑performance culture.
