Your Impact In this role, you’ll guide homeowners through inspections and the insurance claims journey, translating complex steps into simple choices. You’ll manage conversations from the first knock to a signed restoration agreement and see projects through the typical ~60-day cycle to completion.

Inspect roofs and exteriors; document and photograph storm damage

Explain repair options and the insurance process in plain language

Measure, scope, and estimate projects accurately

Develop business through self-prospecting and run company-generated leads

What This Job Is Really Like Lead generation is non-negotiable — you build your pipeline and work ours

You’ll climb ladders and get on roofs in both heat and cold Storm surges bring evening and Saturday work

Some days include 100+ miles of driving and independent work blocks of 6+ hours

What You’ll Need Natural comfort meeting new people; we provide the technical training

Schedule flexibility aligned to weather events

Stamina to manage a roughly 60-day sales cycle prior to commission payout

Physical ability to climb ladders and access roofs

Personal vehicle, valid driver’s license, and a clean driving record

Smartphone (photos, video, and apps)
Self-motivation, accountability, and a growth mindset

Earnings & Perks $150,000 on-target earnings; average first year around $100K;
Top 25% earn $200K+;
