Position Overview Distribution Management is seeking a relationship-focused Account Manager to grow assigned sales territory and develop dealer accounts into long-term business partners. You will use a targeted, consultative approach to understand customer needs, uncover opportunities, expand product adoption, and help every dealer move forward. The position offers meaningful ownership of results and an opportunity to strengthen your sales expertise.#

Key Responsibilities
* Drive territory growth through relationship building and consultative selling.
* Analyze dealer purchasing patterns to identify opportunities within existing accounts and develop new business.
* Use internal resources effectively to expand dealer product mix, connectivity, and overall account value.
* Deliver a best-in-class customer experience across the dealer network.
* Identify ways to reduce Distribution Management’s costs to serve and improve margins.
* Maintain and expand DM’s market presence through telephone-based, customer-focused selling.
* Act as a knowledgeable front-line representative for DM’s products and services.
* Quickly assess customer needs and recommend solutions that support or exceed their business goals.
* Take initiative to connect clients with high-quality products and services.
* Address demanding situations professionally and resolve conflicts promptly.
* Collaborate with team members, supervisors, and other departments to serve customers effectively.
* Meet or exceed individual goals and objectives while supporting customer retention and expansion.## Qualifications#

Preferred Qualifications
* Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent combination of education and relevant experience.
* 2-5 years of sales experience, preferably in an inside-sales or consultative-selling role.
* 2-5 years of account management experience# Preferred Skills
* Microsoft Office Suite
* Experience onboarding new partners
