Job Description

Responsible for the efficient operation of the Security Department during the grave shift. Supervise and instruct team members to ensure the safety of guests, employees, and property. Train staff, monitor daily activities, and manage shift schedules. Review reports, oversee arrests, respond to emergencies, and ensure officers adhere to laws, regulations, and company policies. Assist officers as needed and perform other duties as assigned by management.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Meet the requirements of a Security Officer.
• Able to stand and walk for the duration of a shift.
• Physical requirements include lifting up to 100 lbs., reaching, kneeling, bending, and moderate to strenuous exertion.
• Minimum of six months of casino security or similar supervisory experience.
• Ability to obtain and maintain necessary certifications and licenses.
