As a Security Officer - Media Patrol in Saint Charles, MO, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Tech, Media, and Telecom. Join Allied Universal as an unarmed patrol officer supporting a dynamic tech and media location. You will monitor and patrol assigned areas, help to deter security‑related incidents, and provide exceptional customer service through clear communication.

- Provide customer service by carrying out security‑related procedures, following site‑specific policies, and responding to emergencies as appropriate.
- Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem‑solving manner to help minimize disruption at the location.
- Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the premises and perimeter to help deter unauthorized activity and identify potential concerns.
- Assist with access control and monitor entrances and exits to deter unauthorized entry.
- Document and report security‑related incidents, observations, and activities in accordance with Allied Universal protocols.
- Collaborate with site personnel and Allied Universal management to address security‑related needs specific to a technology and media environment.
- Support a welcoming environment for employees, visitors, and/or contractors by providing helpful information and assistance as needed.
- Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
- Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
- Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
- A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
