Job DescriptionAs a Security Officer - Tech Sector Patrol in Saint Charles, MO, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Tech/Media/Telecom, and more. Join Allied Universal as a Patrol Unarmed Officer, where you will monitor and patrol assigned areas within a dynamic technology, media, and telecom environment. Your presence will help to deter security-related incidents, while you provide outstanding customer service and clear communication.

- Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures and site-specific policies, as well as responding to emergency situations as appropriate.
- Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem‑solving manner to support a secure environment.
- Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the location and its perimeter to help to deter unwanted activity and identify any potential concerns.
- Maintain awareness of surroundings within a tech-focused environment, reporting any suspicious activity or security-related incidents to the appropriate parties.
- Document all incidents, observations, and activities as required by site procedures and Allied Universal guidelines.
- Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
- Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
- Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
- A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
