As a Case Manager in our TLP Group Home, you'll assist youth in becoming productive members of society by collaborating with internal and external partners for care and development of overall well-being.
You'll also teach youth the necessary skills for long-term independence.

Youth In Need has been around since 1974 helping to create safe places for the area's most vulnerable children. We have more than 400 full- and part-time staff who serve more than 8,000 children, teens, and families at nearly 100 locations in six counties in Eastern Missouri.

This Position
We are interested in a Case Manager with a Bachelor's in Social Work, Psychology, Sociology, or related or High School Diploma/Equivalent and four years' experience in Human Services or a combination of education and experience equal to above.
We're looking for someone with experience working with at-risk youth and group facilitation.
Ability to be CPR certified and obtain Class E Driver's License are required.
