As a Case Manager in our Emergency Shelter Program, you'll assist youth in becoming productive members of society by collaborating with internal and external partners for care and development of overall well‑being.

You'll also teach youth the necessary skills for long‑term independence.

Youth In Need has been around since 1974 helping to create safe places for the area’s most vulnerable children. We have more than 400 full‑ and part‑time staff who serve more than 8,000 children, teens, and families at nearly 100 locations in six counties in Eastern Missouri. We are interested in a Case Manager with a Bachelor's in Social Work, Psychology, Sociology, or related or a High School Diploma/Equivalent and four years’ experience in Human Services or a combination of education and experience equal to above. We’re looking for someone with experience working with at‑risk youth and group facilitation. Ability to be CPR certified and obtain Class E Driver’s License are required.

This is an hourly position, starting at $19 /hour.
