The Department of Juvenile Justice (IDJJ) in Illinois seeks a compassionate Youth & Family Specialist to support rehabilitation of youth in care. You will collaborate with staff, families, and community partners to implement behavioral change strategies and report progress.
Required are a bachelor's degree in counseling or related field and 2–3 years of youth counseling/casework experience; UMP eligibility preferred. This is a fully in-office, union-based position with competitive benefits.
