Job Summary:

We are seeking a Warehouse Associate II to join our team. The Warehouse Associate II position is responsible for performing a variety of advanced warehouse duties to ensure efficient operations and high-quality customer service. This role includes tasks such as labeling/scanning, sorting, packing over packs, creating overpack labels in Fed Ex/containerization, as well as handling inbound and outbound shipments, and QA pick pack.

Additionally, the Warehouse Associate II must be trained, willing, and able to perform the duties of a Warehouse Associate I.

Qualifications:

• GED or high school diploma preferred
• Two or more years related experience or equivalent preferred
• Forklift certification and experience operating warehouse equipment.
• Familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS).
• Experience in inventory control and quality assurance.
• Experience with Fed Ex/containerization systems for creating overpack labels.
• Continually required to stand
• Occasionally required to climb, balance, bend, stoop, kneel or crawl
• Occasionally required to lift/push/carry items less than 25 pounds or up to 50 lbs
• Must be able to operate specialized equipment, machines, or vehicles including dollies, electric dollies, pallet jacks, forklifts, and/or cherry pickers.

Responsibilities:

• Labeling/Scanning:
  Accurately label and scan products to ensure proper tracking and inventory management.
• Sorting:
  Sort products efficiently and accurately to ensure correct placement and organization within the warehouse.
• Packing Over Packs:
  Pack over packs with care to ensure products are securely packed and ready for shipment.
• Creating Overpack Labels:
  Generate and apply overpack labels using Fed Ex/containerization systems.
• Inbound/Outbound Shipments:
  Handle inbound and outbound shipments, ensuring accurate and timely processing.
• Quality Assurance (QA) Pick Pack:
  Conduct QA checks during the pick and pack process to ensure products meet quality standards.
• Inventory Management:
  Assist in maintaining accurate inventory records and conducting regular inventory counts.
• Warehouse Associate I Duties:
  Perform all duties of Warehouse Associate I including labeling/scanning, sorting, packing over packs, and more
• Safety Compliance:
  Adhere to all safety guidelines and procedures to maintain a safe working environment.
• General Warehouse Duties:
  Perform other warehouse duties as assigned by the supervisor.

Hiring Urgently

Pay Rate: $18.00/hr.

Schedule: 9:30am-6:00pm

Full-time position, may require long hours, weekend, and holiday work depending on operational/production needs.
