Psychiatrist - Outpatient

Life Stance Health is a national provider of mental healthcare services focused on evidenced-based, medically driven treatment for children, adolescents and adults in outpatient settings, both in-person at clinics nationwide and through telemedicine. We are actively looking to hire talented Adult and Child Psychiatrists who are passionate about patient care and committed to clinical excellence. Psychiatrists are a critical part of our clinical team, and we are seeking candidates who are fully licensed in one or more US states, BE/BC, with an unencumbered DEA.

We are seeking Psychiatrists to join a primarily outpatient practice with flexible work arrangements and strong clinical collaboration. Specific duties include delivering high-quality psychiatric care to patients and contributing to a growing behavioral health program.

• Flexible work schedules: full-time and part-time (minimum 20 hours/week) options available
• 100% outpatient work: no nights, no hospital calls, no weekends
• Telemedicine and in-person flexibility
• Generous compensation with potential for unlimited/uncapped earnings
• Sign-on bonus: $20,000–$25,000
• Up to $25,000 in production incentive bonuses per year

• Compensation range: $316,000 – $407,000 annually
• $2,000 per year towards your CME
• Up to $72,000 in additional pay to supervise PMHNPs
