Back to You Osteopractic Physical Therapy & Rehabilitation/Home and Back to You is looking for a quality driver who will driver patients safely to and from their medical appointments.
As a premier health care provider in the Metro Detroit community, Back to You Osteopractic Physical Therapy & Rehabilitation delivers expert injury rehabilitation, chronic pain treatment, nutrition education, and elite fitness training to patients of all ages.
Responsibilities- Drive patients door-to-door to and from medical appointments scheduled by the transportation manager.
- Maintain driver transportation logs and upload proper documentation/paperwork to the patients chart.
- Clean driving record
- Chauffeur license
- DOT card
- Ability to pass a health physical and drug test
- Willingness to work hours set by the manager and the needs of patients (hours are Monday–Friday 7am–7pm; weekend work may be required)
- Sign an MVR consent form
