The Activities Aide supports the quality of life for residents by assisting with the planning, facilitation, and supervision of engaging activities. The role promotes socialization, cognitive stimulation, and emotional well‑being while ensuring a safe, compassionate, and supportive environment.

• Assist with daily group and individual activities designed for residents with and without memory care impairment.
• Encourage resident participation while respecting individual abilities and preferences.
• Provide one‑on‑one engagement and emotional support as needed.
• Support special events, holidays, and community programs.
• Maintain a safe and positive environment during activities.
• Communicate resident engagement and needs to the care team.
• Follow all safety, infection control, and confidentiality guidelines.

• 2 years' experience in assisted living.
• High school diploma.
• References required.
