Outpatient | 1:1 Care | Hour-Long Appointments

This is an environment where your clinical judgment matters.

• Deliver one-on-one outpatient OT care with full attention on each patient
• Evaluate and treat a wide range of orthopedic, neurological, and functional conditions
• Fabricate splints and recommend adaptive equipment as needed
• Utilize our DME program to improve outcomes and patient independence
• Collaborate with PTs, chiropractors, and support staff in a team-based setting
• Help build and evolve the OT department—your voice counts here
• Focus on quality care, not rushing through visits

• Licensed Occupational Therapist (or license-eligible)
• Passionate about hands‑on, patient-centered care
• Comfortable working independently and making clinical decisions
• Excited by the opportunity to help develop an OT program
• Values collaboration, professionalism, and growth
• New grads and experienced OTs are encouraged to apply.
