Back to You Osteopractic Physical Therapy & Rehabilitation/Home and Back to You is looking for a quality driver who will drive patients safely to and from their medical appointments.
As a premier health care provider in the Metro Detroit community, Back to You Osteopractic Physical Therapy & Rehabilitation delivers expert injury rehabilitation, chronic pain treatment, nutrition education, and elite fitness training to patients of all ages.
ResponsibilitiesThe driver will provide door-to-door transportation to and from appointments scheduled by the transportation manager. The driver will maintain driver transportation logs and upload proper documentation/paperwork to the patient’s chart.
Qualifications & Requirements- Clean driving record
- Chauffeur license
- DOT card
- Ability to pass a health physical and drug test
- Willingness to sign an MVR Consent Form
Hours of operation are Monday – Friday, 7:00 am – 7:00 pm, with potential weekend work. This does not guarantee a fixed schedule; you will be required to work hours set by management and in consideration of patient needs.
