Job SummaryAs a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) at Back to You Osteopractic Physical Therapy & Rehabilitation, you will play a crucial role in assisting our occupational therapists in providing high-quality care to our clients. You will work closely with individuals of all ages and backgrounds, helping them develop and regain the skills needed for daily living and independence.
Key Responsibilities- Collaborate with occupational therapists to develop treatment plans and interventions tailored to each client's specific needs.
- Assist clients with therapeutic exercises and activities to improve strength, dexterity, coordination, and mobility.
- Provide emotional support and encouragement to clients as they work towards achieving their therapy goals.
- Document client progress and communicate effectively with the therapy team to ensure comprehensive care.
- Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) license.
