Join GPS Hospitality as a Burger King Shift Leader. Shift Leaders are trained to perform all team member duties, with added responsibility for directing daily operations in the absence of the Restaurant General Manager and Assistant Manager.
Job Duties- Ensure outstanding service and satisfied guests.
- Train & coach the team.
- Utilize GPS Hospitality Systems to run a great restaurant each shift.
- Set an example by maintaining excellent knowledge and proficiency in restaurant operations.
- Provide coaching and feedback to the team.
- Supervise in accordance with GPS values, traits, and behaviors.
- Demonstrate strong problem‑solving skills.
- Follow and enforce all cash policies; address and document any policy violations.
- Perform any other duties assigned by the Restaurant General Manager.
- 0–2 years of supervisory experience in a restaurant or retail setting.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Ability to perform under pressure in a high‑volume setting.
- Must be 18 years old and authorized to work in the U.S.
- Ability to bend, squat, twist, pull, and reach.
- Ability to work in warm and cold temperatures.
- Ability to stand for 8‑10 hours.
- Ability to lift up to 20 lbs.
