• Assist clients with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, mobility, and transfers.
• Provide companionship and emotional support
  .
• Accompany clients to appointments, grocery shopping, and errands
  .
• Support mobility exercises as outlined in the care plan.
• Monitor and report changes in client condition to the Director of Nursing.

• ✔
  CNA certification preferred (but not required) – Home Health Aides welcome!
• ✔
  High school diploma or GED
• ✔
  CPR Certification & Negative TB Test (We can assist with obtaining these)
• ✔
  Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation & auto insurance
• ✔ Ability to maintain client confidentiality and adhere to HIPAA regulations
• ✔
  Physical ability to assist clients with mobility (lifting up to 50 lbs)
