Assist clients with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, mobility, and transfersProvide companionship and emotional supportAccompany clients to appointments, grocery shopping, and errandsSupport mobility exercises as outlined in the care planMonitor and report changes in client condition to the Director of NursingWhat We’re Looking For:
CNA certification preferred (but not required) – Home Health Aides welcome!High school diploma or GEDCPR Certification & Negative TB Test (We can assist with obtaining these)Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation & auto insuranceAbility to maintain client confidentiality and adhere to HIPAA regulationsPhysical ability to assist clients with mobility (lifting up to 50 lbs)If you have experience as a Caregiver, CNA, Home Health Aide, Personal Care Assistant, or similar role, we encourage you to apply!
