Responsibilities- Develop and execute health and safety plans/training in the workplace
- Prepare and enforce policies to establish a culture of health and safety
- Conduct training and presentations for health and safety matters and accident prevention
- Inspect equipment and machinery to observe possible unsafe conditions
- Investigate accidents or incidents
- Recommend solutions to issues, improvement opportunities or new prevention measures
- Prepare safety permits/approvals
- Provide professional expertise
- College degree preferred or relative job experience
- Ability to work all shifts (day/night/weekends)
- Construction project knowledge
- Certifications (OSHA 10, 30, 510, 500)
- Willing to travel
- Valid Driver's License
