Responsibilities- Make each guest feel welcome when they enter the hotel.
- Oversee the check-in and check-out experience to be timely and simple for every guest.
- Listen for and respond to guest complaints.
- Perform light cleaning of the front desk and lobby area.
- Assist in other departments as needed.
