Part Time Property Manager- Kontogiannis Terrace

Kontogiannis Terrace is seeking a reliable and motivated Part-Time Property Manager
, to oversee the daily operations of our 50‑unit HUD Section 8 property for elderly residents in St. Clairsville, Ohio. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership qualities and a commitment to providing high‑quality service to our community. This position is Part-Time  hours per week.

• Manages and supervises the administration, maintenance, and general day-to-day operations of the property.
• Coordinates and schedules general upkeep, repairs, and unit remodeling projects of the property.
• Determine whether repairs and/or maintenance are needed based on regular inspections of the grounds, facilities, and equipment.
• Familiar with HUD terms of occupancy and provides information about the community to prospective tenants.
• Ensures vacant units are turned and re-leased in a timely manner, and applicants are prescreened and ready to occupy units as soon as they become available.
• Maintains property records, including rental, maintenance, and property availability.
• Describes and imposes lease guidelines and rules to tenants, visitors, and the community.
• Promptly respond to and resolve tenant inquiries and emergencies.
• Performs other related duties as assigned.

• Strong computer proficiency and mathematical ability.
• Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills.
• Ability to pass a background screening.

• Previous experiance in management or leasing is a plus.
• Familiarity with HUD regulations and Section 8 occupancy guidelines is highly desirable.

Pay: $20.00-$23.00 per hour
